Speaking Engagements

KEYNOTE SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Drawing on my intercultural, mixed-race heritage, my extensive experience of living and travelling throughout the Caribbean, Latin America, South America, South-East Asia, and Canada, and my deeply personal experiences of trauma, adversity, and loss, I speaks passionately about racial and cultural equity, about the importance of belonging and humanization for all people, and about cultural somatics - the need to collectively regulate our bodies together to heal oppression-based trauma.

I am available for keynote speaking opportunities, events, conferences, workshops, festival and panels.

My areas of expertise include speaking about intercultural, multi-ethnic identites, healing racial and oppression-based trauma, the importance of somatic and embodiment practices in healing intergenerational trauma, developing health equity and culturally-responsive wellness practices and building restorative and transformative educational spaces.

I’d love to speak at your event! For speaking requests and opportunities, please send me a detailed email about your event, including themes and topics you’d like to me to speak on, event date and location (in-person or online) and any other relevant details.
